Rules for using Loafyn

Agreement

By downloading or using Loafyn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Loafyn is a personal productivity app for bread baking. It provides tools to record formulas, log bakes, track starters, manage pantry items, schedule plans, and run timers. Features may change over time as we improve the app.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Loafyn, including recipes, photos, notes, and logs. You are responsible for the content you store and share from the app.

Loafyn stores your content locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data, for example by exporting PDFs or keeping copies of photos outside the app.

In-app purchases

Loafyn offers optional consumable in-app purchases of coins through Apple’s App Store. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.

Coins are virtual items used inside Loafyn. Once spent on in-app features, consumed coins are not returned. Coin packs are consumable products designed to be used after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Loafyn for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app
• Misrepresent your identity or interfere with other users’ devices

Disclaimer

Loafyn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Baking involves food safety judgment. Loafyn does not provide professional food-safety, medical, or nutritional advice. Always follow safe baking practices and applicable regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loafyn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data on your device.

Termination

You may stop using Loafyn at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
